Chem 3360 Laboratory Exercises
The
exercises are designed to give you some exposure to experimental aspects of
inorganic chemistry.
Each laboratory has a pre-laboratory assignment that must be
completed in advance to gain admittance to the experiment. Failure to complete this assignment in
advance will result in a zero for that experiment.
Each
laboratory has a set of attached questions related to the experiments of that
week. These will be answered and handed
in for credit. Your written summary answers
must refer to your experimental observations for support.
These
exercises will replace four days of lecture.
During the week of a scheduled laboratory exercise we will meet class in
Laney 305. Both lectures during that week
will be replaced with laboratory activities.
